A really nice shop in Breda-city is 'Huis van Heden'. They sell all kind of nice stuff for decorating your house, but also nice travelguides :)
And if you wanna have a nice high tea with your friends, then go to Dickens & Jones, especially nice in wintertime!

Breda is very hospitable. It has lot's of restaurants and café's. If you are in the city center check out these restaurants: Gaucho's, Zeezicht, de Colonie, Sirtaki and Pieter Aertsz. They differ in price range and menu, but all are a good choice.
