Tessaoua is a small town, one hours drive from Maradi, when you travel to Niamey. A pleasant little town with not much to see. But they have a local speciality which everybody buys: Kilichi. It is stripes, or in the form of pizza foundation, of air and sun dried beef meat "drowned" in a mixture of spices. Something very delicious to eat.
