Owerri is the capital city of Imo State, the heartland of the South-East geopolitical zone in Nigeria. It is a tourist delight with hospitable people, rich culture and other tourist attractions like Oguta lake, Mgbee natural valley, Monkey colonies, rain-forest and mangroove vegitation.

Port Harcourt is the garden city of Nigeria. The hub oil activities in the Niger Delta which accounts for about 90% of the national revenue.Due to the international nature of the activities there, nationals and expatriates from all over the world live there. There are state of the art facilities for living and relaxation. There are cultural diversities of the locals because many ethnic groups are represented. There are a lot of tourists' attractions in and around the city stretching to the creek of the Atlantic Ocean.Generally, the people are friendly and hospitable but in some places the youths express their unhappy with the government and multinational oil companies because of deprivation and poverty in spite of the oil wealth which come from there.

Orlu is one of the oldest and biggest city in Imo State, Nigeria. Old Orlu (Orlu Zuru Mee) is made up Orlu LGA, Orsu LGA, Ideato North LGA, Ideato South LGA, Nkwerre LGA, Nwangele LGA, Isu LGA, Njaba LGA, Oru West LGA, Oru East LGA, Oguta LGA and Ohaji/Egbema LGA. Orlu Zone is endowed with tourists' attractions such Oguta Lake, Orashi River, Abadaba Lake, Mgbee Valley, Rain forest Vegitation, etc. The cultural activities and festivals are Iri ji, Mmanwu, Okonko, Elekele, Iwa akwa, etc. Orlu people are very hospitable and friendly.

Kano was exciting for me.i stayed off hadeja road....by yankaba ,red bricks and hospital muritala in city.kano indigenes are not too friendly with women.nightlife is better enjoyed in sabon gari.......you can eat local delicacies like chicken gwagwa.weather...when its cold...its cold.when its hot...its hot.i prefer their private hospital to their general hospitals.accomodation can be expensive.things are quite cheap...food is really cheap.i never went out when its 1..prayr time and i had to watch how i dressed.its better to do your shopping in kori market for clothing materials...you get the best deals.i was a sweettooth and suya lover...try halal meat and oasis bakery.be ready to take biks in kano cos the bikes are more than the cars.
