South Norway Travel Guide

Lillesand is a small & old village, a "white pearl", on the south coast of Norway, where all the houses is made of wood & painted white. It is an old sailship harbor & there is often ships in the bay. Specially in the summer, there is a good spirit & a friendly mix of locals & tourists.
Beautiful boat trips, prawns & beer is adviced!
This area (the south coast) is known for a good sun & weather during the relativly short summer.
(Highsummer season: June & July. But August is also good)

If you happen to be around Arendal and have children (all right... you don't need to have children), by all means go and visit DyrenParken, one of the best bioparks, amusement and theme parks in Europe. Literally thousands of exotic animals on display in their natural habitat, a whole-sized replica of a Spanish galleon and much more. Worth a visit. Have fun! 

The biggest pizza i have ever seen do you get at the pizza inn in flekkefjord. It's extremly expensive as everything in Norge, but it is outraging. Try "Gladlaks"! The "Happy Salmon Pizza". You find the Restaurant at: Elveg 22,
4400 Flekkefjord You can combine it with a tour from Southnorway up to Stavanger while following the "Nordsjöveien".
