I am heading to Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica and Bocas del Toro, Panama. I'm goin with a friend and what we are looking for is great nature during the day and LOTS of parties at night. We are really nightlife goers! What one should spend more time? Bocas or Puerto Viejo ?

If you come from Costa Rica, I recommend to stay some days in Puerto Viejo, if you have time. Then take a local bus to Sixaola. On the Panama ground, don't belive the guys who want to sell you a ride to Almirante and the ferry ticket! Take a Taxi (about 5 US/Per) or a Bus if there are one to Changuinola and from there a boat to Bocas del Toro (7 US/Per). I prefer the nice tour through Jungle in a boat, than sitting more time in a bus/van!

Don't be fooled.  Bocas Del Drago does not exist.  If someone tells you to take a nice hike across the island to find it, they are ill-informed.  My friends and I spent a day and night foraging through the wilderness trying to find Bocas Del Drago but only found bugs, alligators, scrapes, cuts, scratches, a lack of water and thank god some people who lived in the middle of the jungle who helped us find our way home.
