Panama Transportation

you need a taxi to get there: do not believe what they're telling you, it's not that far and especially not as expensive as they will try to charge you! if you're in a group they will try to tell you the agreed price was not meant for the taxi but for every passenger, so its best to set a fixed deal before you start!

Great Vacation spot there is a ton of things one could do i recommend checking out the ruins that goes by the name of Panama viejo(Old Panama) its close to Tocumen Int Airport.

If you come from Costa Rica, I recommend to stay some days in Puerto Viejo, if you have time. Then take a local bus to Sixaola. On the Panama ground, don't belive the guys who want to sell you a ride to Almirante and the ferry ticket! Take a Taxi (about 5 US/Per) or a Bus if there are one to Changuinola and from there a boat to Bocas del Toro (7 US/Per). I prefer the nice tour through Jungle in a boat, than sitting more time in a bus/van!

Panama has good bus transportation around the country from Panama city.

Its a place with nice people, special frogs singing in the evenings, the busses with painting like grafitti, and the spanisk south american musik, guns, guns guns and the market and the barbershop.
