Alto Boquete, Chiriqui Province, Panama
Bring everything, lots of cool bed breakfasts in the area.
6.
Federico's Tip on Rio Sidra
Rio Sidra, San Blas Province, Panama
just a plane landing site, starting point to several islands of san blas archipelago. Robinson's place is fine, but bring lots of water and food, as they cook like hell. Or buy fresh lobsters from local fishermen and do your own thing. a botttle of good rum matches perfectly to coconut-water and a bonfire. a machete will help cutting the many coconuts you will find, but a good swiss knife does it as well. The island offers nothing but mediocre snorkelling and sun-bathing. you can spot small barracudas.
7.
Federico's Tip on Boca Chica
Boca Chica, Chiriqui Province, Panama
great place for some relaxing days - good food and some short but nice hikes nearby
8.
George's Tip on David
David, Chiriqui Province, Panama
Stay at Hotel Galicia! It's really beautiful, has spacious rooms, and after only a couple hours you actually get used to the acrid odor.
9.

10.
