Enjoy yummy ostrich meat (they farm them in CdO, don't worry) at the Kagayanon Restaurant at the Lim Ket Kai Mall.
Don't miss out on white water rafting, either. The beginners river path is not that scary, plus you'll get to see the beautiful greenery on both sides of the Cagayan de Oro River: Cagayan de Oro on the left and Bukidnon on the right.
When going white water rafting, don't forget to slather on (industrial strength) sunblock and put on a cap, full-length leggings and long-sleeved slim shirts to avoid bizarre tan lines. And don't forget to jump off the bridge at the end of the rafting trip! (I did.)
