Traveling with Children in Pomerania Region
Gdansk, Pomerania Region, Poland
During the summer, you can travel from Gdansk to Hel using a 'water tram', a kind of ferry. The tickets are very cheap, about 25 zlotys for the adults, students and small children pay half the price. The travel itself last about an hour. There are usually three courses a day - in morning, afternoon and evening.
There are also other locations to travel to, such as Chalupy and Jastarnia.

Sopot, Pomerania Region, Poland
Favorite destination of polish yuppies and cool kids (especially from Warsaw). Suitable for a whole weekend party with its numerous number of clubs and pubs in a nice atmosphere of the then health resort.

check those clubs:
Soho, Mandarynka - the trendiest ones, a bit puffed up
SPATiF - a legend, cultish club of the artist society
Papryka - more alternative place than those over, many live shows, funk, dub, reggae.
Klub Atelier - unconventional club connected with an alternative theatre, many happenings
Club 70 - club with good old 60's 70's 80's disco (theme depended on a day)
Sixty9 - gay friendly, electro, disco, drum'n'bass also a good chill out, after party place
SFINKS - the only massive club mentioned here, once voted the best in Poland with huge selection of club music: progressive electro d'n'b jungle jazz idm hip-hop techno house breakbeat funk disco hc

hope this tip will help you avoid cheap huge discos that are here too.

Swietousc, Pomerania Region, Poland
One shop, no discos, not so many annoying families with little children or people who came there to show off. It's tiny, it's peaceful but offers one of the most beautiful sandy beaches I've ever been too. Swimming under the cliffs that are 50m high is really unforgettable experience. Because it's not so popular among the tourists, sometimes it seems like the beach belongs to you (swimming naked in fresh baltic water - fantastic!:). You can also take your bike there and enjoy other beautiful sites of Wolin island. But in fact it would be better if you don't come around there - more place for me heh :D

Accommodation is very cheap - you can rent a small bungalow in the forest or you can bring your own tent. Not so very far from bigger towns (by car or by bus).

In June or in September you can hardly meet anyone there - perfect place to relax for a week or some after exhausting holiday :D!

Uniescie, Pomerania Region, Poland
I don't really know whether it is because of the special sentiment that I have for the Polish seaside, or is it just the matter of intimate and cosy atmosphere of it but I just love to travel to the shores of the Baltic Sea. One of the villages that I have been to most often is Unieście. It is located in the central-western part of the Polish seaside and it is closely connected (both topographiclly and commercially) with the town of Mielno. Unieście offers you a colourful and typicaly holiday-like atmosphere. Accomodations are many and of different standards. You will find both camping sites and hotels as well. While on the walk along the beach you can also try and eat a fresh fish in one of the many fish restaurants in the town and as a dessert, you can try home-made waffers or ice-cream (some people say that these ice-desserts comprise 50% of town's yearly income :D). If you are tired of beach and brown suntan (you gotta be kidding!) you can go on a walk along the promenade inside the city limits, which is after all on average only 400m from the seashore (the promenade is parallel to the beach). Try out this small town! After all, who said that you hafta go to Ibiza or Greece every time you wanna hit the beach? ;)

Leba, Pomerania Region, Poland
Hotel Łeba - Spa. I just love the place. Even if it's packed with people, you don;t see too much of them. A nice place to relax, even with kids.
