Gdynia was a fishermans village until 1920, when it became a city. The city developped very fast, now it't one of the most important ports in Poland. Here is many places worth to see, for example the warship "Blyskawica", scholar ship "Dar Pomorza", you can also climb to "Kamienna Gora" and enjoy the view over the city and bay. Gdynia is a modern city, where you can spend time on the beach, one of many cafes and restaurants and shopping centres. Those, who like a nightlife will find many discos and nightclubs.

Sopot is the holiday destination of Polish people. You will find all the usual attractions associated with a seaside town. Plenty of restraunts, hotels, bars and clubs to suit all tastes.
