Travel Tips from people who've been to Lagos

Great place, beautiful beaches.

You have to go to Praia de Dona Ana, it´s a beach about 2 km from the center of the town.

Ponte da Piedade it´s also a must to se if you are in Lagos.

The best way to se the hole Algarve coast is to rent a car, from Monte Gordo wich is on the south side of Algarvie to Sagres on the north side it´s about two hours drive, the trafic is not that bad.

There are also surfing beaches in Lagos.

Definitely good place to spend some time to; perfect for everyone who's seeking for paeceful beaches, clean waters and a bit of tan. There's also plenty of nice, little restaurants where food is both great and cheap [don't forget to try their fish dishes!], and beer tastes also very good.

For those interested in surfing, kite and so on, cool shores can be find traveling up north.
