Buzau has not much to offer, so don't waist your time to stop here. However if you take the way between Buzau and Brasov you will follow the Buzau valley. The scenery i beautifull and you will find a few destinations worth seeing like the monasteries Ratest (via Berca) and Ciulanu (take left after Magura). Also if you go via Berca you can go to an active vulcano, not with lava but with cold salty mud (from where it got its name noroi = mud)
