Klin, Central Russia, Russia
The residence of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky is open to visitors as a museum. Fans of the great Russian composer should take the time to visit the town of Klin, just fifty miles northwest of Moscow. The house and its splendid gardens have been beautifully preserved -- it is like a window into the year 1893.
