Rwandans have a pretty good sense of humor, especially the kids. Good tip? (0) Kigali, Kigali Region, Rwanda And make sure you do visit the genocide museum on the Murambi site. Good tip? (0) Gisenyi, West Rwanda, Rwanda This place is has a bit of a dark past in relation to the genocide and the war with DRC. However, it is also stunningly beautiful. There are several excellent hotels by the lake sure and the hills surrounding the lake remind me of the Croatian coast more than central Africa. This is a great place to chill out for a few days.
