Grenadines Travel Guide

If you get to Port Elizabeth and you decide you want to visit the Turtle Sanctuary, be aware that it is a bit little. And by that I mean, tiny. The taxi journey costs about $80EC return (seriously overpriced), and buses don't really run all the way out there. And it's just not worth it. There's about a dozen small tanks with a few turtles in. Pants. Not worth the entry fee of anither $10EC. Also, if someone tries to tell you it's a walking distance of about half an hour, they're lying. It's a solid hour at least. My tip would be to do what we did on the way back - hitchhike! Cheaper and more interesting.

A small island in the Grenadines.  You fly here to visit Palm Island exclusive resort hotel. You can take a trip around the island with the locals who are keen to show you the natural beauty.  This is not a holiday destination but is a little gem. In addition to flying in on 6 seater aircraft from other islands you can sail here and whilst here visit nearby Tobago Kays (see other report)

Bequia is a beautiful island in the carribean, with a very nice girl working at the local post office, take care to arrive by sailing boat and do not believe the fisherman who will want $ 10 from you in order to repair his harpoon, so he can get you lobsters. all in all a great place. in order to get there, you will have to come by some great islands. der weg ist das ziel.
