Travel Tips from people who've been to Novi Sad
The most North-European like Serbian city. Looks similar to Central Europe towns and cities. Has an unique charactern of a city with Balkan and Central European background at the same time. I strictly recommend the Old Town and Petrovaradin fortress at Danube shore.

Novi Sad is one of the most beautiful cities in Serbia! It's easy to aproach, from any part of the country. The cheepest way is to take train which gives student discounts. You can also enjoy hicking in Fruska Gora national park, and having fun at summer EXIT festival which takes place in Novi sad every year.

Located in very centar on Novi Sad, in quiet street near the central pedestrian zone, just couple of minutes of walk distanced of most of the city landmarks, Hotel Mediteraneo opened in September 2005.
Even though Zmaj Jovina street, the most crowded and frequent street in town, is just around the corner, piece and quiet atmosfere is guaranteed. Large number of cultural institutions, museums, theatres, cinemas and churches of three different religions (catholic, orthodocs and jewish) are only 1km away. No matter if your visit to Novi Sad is because of bussines, pleasure or you’re just passing by, Hotel Mediteraneo will make your stay in Novi Sad pleasant and relaxed.
Hotel Mediteraneo’s excellent location, comfortable accommodation and high class service are best possible choice for you.
