0321Wow. Don't really know a good tip except for :STAY AWAY! Haha. The countryside is beautiful. Kind of like Shenandoah...but...there are really no services...food is horrible...Really liked the dam at Dedinky. It is quite beautiful. Sit on the balcony at the hotel and have a pivo. Really, the nicest time on our trip to the area. The trails are beautiful. Neat ladders built into the mountains. And the plateau at the top with the horses...But, Dobsina itself is not too snazzy. If you head out away from Dedinky to the gas station, DO NOT MISS the incredible gypsy town on the left. Matus and I had never seen ANYTHING like it.
