Slovenia's landscape is awsome! It is a small country whish has only 20.251 square km of a surface area. Slovenia is characterised by Alpine (appr. 30%), Mediterranean (10%), Pannonian (30%) and Dinaric-Karstic (30%) topography. The highest peak is Triglav (2864m). This three peaked moutiain is one of the symbols on Slovenia's coat-of-arms. Škocijan caves are on the UNESCO list of cultural and natural heritage sites.
