004It gets bitterly cold duing winter with the good chance of snow (when it gets really cold) so be sure to bring lots of warm clothes.
There isn't much nightlife but the local Spur sometimes has a great party going.
The picturesque mountains to the side of this sleepy town are hard not to miss.

0163The Bed and Breakfast "Hobbit House" is a nice place to spend a night, eventhough Lord of the Rings fans might be a bit disappointed. It is a nice cosy Bed and Breakfast with nice hosts, but only the garden and the entrance can be compared faintly to the book or movie.
Great place to stay!
