Travel Tips for Transportation in Basque Country

Donostia-San Sebastian, Basque Country, Spain
I was so lucky to get a great deal on this location, hotel Maria Crisitna.  What a beautiful place. Northen Spain is best seeing by car. Driving from Madrid to cover The Basque lands, Asturias and Galicia was the best idea I had. Scenary and cusines along the way an assault to all your senses.

One of the most amazing places I've ever been! San Sebastian is a hidden gem in tourism. I lived there for five weeks on a teaching english programme and it has been the best experience of my life. Beaches, a fantastic city, reasonably cheap for food and drink - which as it happens is fantastic - and the Basque culture in San Sebastian makes this place a must see. I know I'm certainly going back again next year!

This is a great sea side city, it is in the heart of Basque country. The old part of town at night is fun wth many choices for eating and having a drink. the architecture is really cool and walking around is the only way to go!

If going to France from San Sebastian take the tram to Hendaye first and travel from there. It costs 1.30 but saves you much more:)
