  41061Bellinzona is a nice small town to stay in if you want access to other towns in the Ticino canton area. It's very quiet, yet there's nice stores for shopping and good food. There is a hostel there that one can stay in for a cheap price. The town is well-known for its old historic churches and castles. The train is very efficient and runs on time. It's only a few minutes walk from everything. There isn't much nightlife (at least, none that I know of). Good tip? (0)  058287A great concentration of castles with wonderful views. No need to pay an entrance fee as the best views are to be had from a steep climb to the highest viewpoint. Pretty town centre and easy access from the motorway network. A good place to stop if you are passing through on the E35. Good tip? (0)  0811Stadio Comunale in Bellinzona is a small lovely stadion! It's the stadion of AC Bellinzona, a swiss football club.
