family m'tunga:very good place to stay if you don't like the resort-style, friendly ,intelligent people,privat house, good room, good food, 10 min. walk from the indian ocean, beautifull garden, very good place for woman travelling alone

Grab a ferry from Dars El Salem to Zanzibar, its about a two hour journey each way, but well worth it.
