People in Sfax will be astonished to see strangers in their industrial town. They're not as "hospitable" as those of touristic places... but more authentic.

02310Don't hang around on the north coast. Get a car, preferably with a driver and/or guide, and go south to the salt plains and beyond. Amazing landscapes, amazing space. Don't expect to find 5 star hotels, though... It's a barren and rough environment. Pure beauty.
