Travel Tips from people who've been to Bodrum
Well, years ago when we were in travelling in Turkey, the people from our hotel in Bodrum sent us to Gumusluk in a dolmus, a small town near Bodrum. You can find the ruins of the old city of Myndos there, but also the beach is very nice, with a lot of Turkish families, giving it a nice familiar atmosphere. It was the 3rd of september, the day before my birthday and we decided to choose a restaurant there. there were an awful lot of them, at the beginning of the beach, but we decided to stroll a bit further. We found a place, without the real tourist look and a nice terrace in the water... and the food was great.... the best Mezze I ever ate in my whole life... it was one of the best days in a three week holiday with a lot of ups and downs... the same day Aaliyah died in a plain accident and 9 days later the twin towers were attacked... Bon voyage... Good tip? (0)
