The intercity buses in Turkey are luxurious and worth the price. We travelled from Antalya to Nevsehir by coach and it was better than being on a plane. The coach stopped every 2-3 hours for people to eat, stretch and relieve themselves. The seats are wider than plane seats with plenty of leg room. They can even recline. Every hour, the bus attendants push a drink cart down the aisle. I highly recommend Kamil Koc which is apparently one of the best bus companies because their buses are new and they are punctual. By law, there have to be 2 drivers who take turns for long-distance trips so they don't fall asleep at the wheel. Also, there are speed records so drivers keep to the speed limit.
