Tuvalu

Tuvalu is tiny in many, many senses. With a maximum elevation of 4m, it is one of the lowest-lying countries comprising 4 reef islands and 5 atolls for a total combined landmass of 25 square km. It is the fourth smallest country and the second least populated. Lagoons, uninhabited islands and the Tuvalu Funafuti Conservation Area - where seabirds and turtles nest - are highlights of Tuvalu. It is considered one of the more “off the beaten track” locations.  If sea levels rise as expected, visiting Tuvalu might have to go further up the list.

Tuvalu
The Funafuti Conservation Area consists of a five beautiful islets located in a 33 sq. km area in the lagoon of Funafuti Atoll. It is only accessible by boat hire, making the whole deserted island experience more..
