Never buy Hrivna in Poland, it's a ripp-off

L'viv it is very beautifull but destroyed by time and bad guvernment city. From there comes many Polish Intelectuals and in the past it was one of the strongest (Humanistic) Polish Cities. I would strongly recommend to go there. It is really nice. Y will find there something diferent from Western Cities like in Germany. You can travel there with "Marshrutkas" but really I don't know exatly how it works but IT WORKS! Very helpfull will be somebody from Lvov on the beginning to show Y what is going on there. The best and cheapest way to get there is by coach bus from Lublin (Poland). Y can take also train directly from Krakow (Poland) or Warsaw (Poland). I wish Y nice time there. Vinnytsya is not a tipical tourist city, so don't expect for example tourist information. You are on your own, and without a map you can get easily lost. It's worth to see the Gorki Park in the center, the city center itself (with red-brick water tower and a soviet mosaic nearby). You can also try to search for remainings of old Jewish district - Jeruzalemka, but there will be no signs saying you are there - only clues and main street - 1 of May Street (1go Trawna). About 10 km outside of the city there are remainings of the Wehrwolf bunker, which was the most eastern bunker, Hitler has visited. It won't be much to see though - only some big pieces of concrete.
