I liked for when I was there - love the hot weather - being able to go to the beach most of the year.... not sure whether I would make peace with the extremes in society there and live there again. Highly recommend a visit.

It's definitely a place everyone should visit once! Huge differences in live between the working class and the so-called locals. Beautiful hotels, superb weather, great beaches.

Burj-al-Arab is worth a visit for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. It's astonishing. Don't forget to visit the souks (gold, spice..). Great experience and gives you overall a better view of the many faces of the city.

if you want to hang out at the many malls in the city,be sure that you'll need a light scarf with you as every mall is air-conditioned and tha difference in temperature can be quite high....

Là , la seule astuce à donner, c'est "fuyez!!!". Des buildings au milieu du désert, avec zéro culture, zéro passé historique, 100% de businessman, rien à voir... Et en été, un climat qui se rapprochent vraiment de l'enfer, tout le monde reste cloitré chez lui ou dans son hotel pour ne pas devoir quitter la clim...
