A famous district of London that's the focal point of the North of London. When people say North London then Islington is where most people think of. It's a busy place and there are plenty of places to go out without there being an obvious centre of things. It's a great place to live, a place to meet friends but not so much for the casual tourist to do. Locals can seem a bit too busy to be friendly.

The antique shops and market (Camden Passage) are a few minutes walk from Angel tube station, on the same side of the street going up towards Islington Green.

If you go the crossing with balls pond road and islington high street, there are some great internet cafs for 50p and hour and they are ultra fast.
