Oxford History

You are immersed in history, it was amazing. It was my first trip and i didnt want to leave. Just walking down the street makes you feel like your back in the 12th century. I am so glad i made the trip and i recommend everyone should make the trip at some point. So worth it!

The city and buildings are rich in history and beauty. The locals are extremely nice. Even during peak summer, make sure to pack some lightweight jackets or sweaters and an umbrella. The weather is often chilly and rainy but don't let that stop you from visiting this quaint town. I think a BB is the best way to go for lodging. Oxford is an easy 1 hour train ride from London. If you are vacationing in London you should at least take a day trip to Oxford.

It is an amazing city,with loads of history, HP, great bars, restaurants, students, a enormous HMV (cd/dvd heaven) and you never get bored
