0104Anyone looking for a fun time probably hasnt come to Portsmouth. However if you want a good night out with the locals and some ace ciders try the Florence arms pub. Its a cider bar with hundreds of different local and imported ciders to choose from. The owner is really friendly as were the locals, something I hardly came across travelling in England.

0024if you are interested in shopping, go here! there is an outlet shopping centre called the Gunwharf Quays which has everything from Next, to GAP to MEXX and also benefits from having the spinnaker tower. The Spinnaker tower is great and you can even walk across a glass floor to see far down below...if you dare!

05671Stop off at the Dockyards. It has the Victory, Nelson's ship. The Mary Rose, Henry IIIV excavated ship, the Warrior, one of the first steam ships that's still in use! Great gate way from England to the rest of Europe too, regular ferry route.
