Bakersfield Travel Guide

Cabo is nothing but bars for drinking or beaches... nothing worth going out of your way for...  I recommend taking a water taxi to save lots of walking and head to the beach to tan, play, and see some beautiful women!  There are no sights to see except an Arch the 40 people are going to try to sell you tours to.   Oh and the silver bracelet guys, the sell by the kilo if you know what I mean so watch out!

Just keep on driving. I lived here when I was a kid and still have family there but I avoid it like the plague. It is a terrible dirty city with nothing going for it. Take I-5 north instead of 99 and you will avoid most of B-town.

This is my hometown!! Even though, it is an unlikely place to be, I have grown to love it here. I have met and made friends from different parts of the world through CSU, Bakersfield's International Student Club.
