Bring enough money to blow and this place is freakin rad! Hot but dry; plenty of lush oasis-style pools to choose from with beautiful people everywhere and always someone to get you a cold mojito. Not a bad little getaway if you want to spoil yourself Hyatt Regency is awesome too if you can swing it. Huge rooms and double doors to the patios. Dual flat screen TVs and nice tiled bathrooms, good stuff. Plenty to be had Rattlesnake Inn - Best dinner I think Ive ever had. Better be for as much as it cost haha but the service was impeccable and the food, well, every bite was well worth the money. I suggest bringing a bottle of your favorite red to have them uncork, although they do have a great selection of wines, but why pay all that extra? haha. Bing Crosby's is a fun little jazz bar with a fun atmosphere and live pianists on the weekends (maybe all the time? not sure) If you like Bing, Louis, Sammy, Frank, Dean and all those old time jazz/ swing singers as much as I do, youll love this place.

Go on the Aerial Tramway. The views are extraordinary. I've gone in the summer and it is nice, but the winter and all the snow up there is very pretty. You can rent sleds and such, or sit in the restaurant and sip hot chocolate and look at the view.

PGA West Golf Course. Quite difficult golf courses, but perfectly integrated into landscape. Beautiful views, nice greens, especially Alcatraz-whole (green completely on a small island in the middle of a lake).
