  051411Little known fact...they raise Beefalo, here. Yeah, a cross between buffalo and beef. Quite lean and tasty. Once a year, the local ranchers host a barbeque to thank the community. You see, beefalo are stinky critters, thus poor neighbors. Good eating though. Other than that, Zamora is sort of a blip on the map, a blur on Interstate 5. Good tip?
