Travel Tips from people who've been to Jacksonville
When I went to Jacksonville, FL i got to go to the best thing there i got to see my college team play in the gator bowl! it was a great experience, and a pretty cool family spot. Make sure you eat before you go though bc the food is way to expencive! Unless you enjoy paying $5 for a small drink......
My mom, me and my grandmother drove from phx to Florida when I was 9. It was amazing, we drove through tx and alabama. few other states....it was cool. We ended up in Jacksonville, and stayed for three days then had to drive all the way back because my grandfather had a heart attack.
I was there during high school. Go Gators!!! Learned to surf at the beach in Ponte Vedra which is a little south of Jax. Anywhere is good with a North Westerly swell. Lots of hicks around.
