Travel Tips from people who've been to Champaign
Champaign has a clinic called Carle Clinic. My dad was there when he was alive. He was diabetic and an amputee and they took excellent care of him.
Later, my daughter had her youngest daughter there. They specialize in high risk pregnancies as well and had terrific nurses and doctors. My daughter and granddaughter were both well taken care of.
Overall, I'm very impressed with Carle Clinic. Good tip? (0) If you're in the Champaign/Urbana area and you're craving Italian food you must go to Minnecis. they serve lunch and dinner and the Clam Chowder on Friday nights only is to die for.
Located @ 401 S 1st St Champaign, IL (217) 352-4425 Good tip? (0) Tuscola is the outlet shopping mall in the area. The selection of stores here is quite good, although not as big as the ones close to large cities. Tuscola is managed by Tanger Outlets (http://www.tangeroutlet.com/) Good tip?
