Go to the mall in Gurnee, find the boot camp people (they're in uniforms), and just start going off on them, either for holding their cover (hat) improperly or something of the sort, and watch them freak the hell out.  It's funnier than anything.  They'll immediately start saying "yes petty officer!" or "sorry petty officer" even if you're not in the military!  I however was when I did this.... which made it even better for me :)
