Missouri Travel Guide

The airport in Kansas City is tricky because each gate is a secured area with its own security checkpoint.  Be sure you have the right gate before getting in the security line.  In addition go to the bathroom before going to your gate or you will have to go through security twice.

Obviously, Vallejo is often extremely HUMID, but it's really not too terribly bad to deal with to me...of course the weather was quite lovely when we were there. The millenium hotel is SO perfect. There is a perfect view from the resteraunt to the arch. Fabuloso. But I honestly couldn't say the cost isn't a little pricey. I can't say for sure how much because I wasn't the one paying, but my church sent me for a competition! Anyways, the city is wonderful, very unique and attractive!! And everybody is so ordinary and intelligent seeming! I mean not boring ordinary, but not snooty as far as I saw. Some awsome attractions are The Courthouse, which is very colorful inside, The orpheum theatre, and there are inexpensive tours on down the Mississippi river! There are lots of things to do! And little street markets etc. Just make sure to bring cool clothes (for the hot weather), a camera of course, and a bathing suit!
