  064Forget about The Rendezvous in Memphis (which isn't even the best place in Memphis). If you want the best dry ribs anywhere, go to Brooksie's Barn on Oil Well Road. It's buffet style, so you'll eat way too much. And what isn't pork, is fried, so you'll clog at least one artery, but the ribs are worth it. Good tip?
