A perfect place to enjoy the thrills of skiing!!! Salt Lake City is a magnificent place to be in, especially when you are in for some true-blue sporting stuff. I am also looking forward to visit the place again sometime in near future.....

Mann muss unbedingt im See baden, 
denn es ist wie im Schwarzen Meer! ;)
Man kann sich einfach hineinlegen und man geht nicht unter! 
Nach dem Baden hat man allerdings eine weiße Haut, 
denn sie ist völlig mit Salz bedeckt!

An interesting corner of this city is The Avenues where the Catholic and other "gentiles" built their homes.  To set themselves off from the Mormons, they deliberately designed their street grid to break the neat plan of 1st South, 3rd East, etc.  The centerpiece of this district is the Cathedral of the Madeline, the third largest religious building in the city and an attractive tourist stop in its own right.
