Travel Tips from people who've been to Williamsburg
Attractions
  1. Busch Gardens: Europe
Great park with a visually stunning experience in both eating, shopping, and their many theme park rides... I recommend bringing a rain poncho for it does have a couple of water rides, and even though they offer poncho's they are a bit expensive. Click Here for more information on Dining, Special Offers, Attractions, and more on the park...      2.   Water Country USA A very large waterpark with many water ride attractions, a bit of shopping, and a bit of an In-Dining experience. For some of the rides the lines where pretty long but moved pretty quickly. You will need a bathing suit if you plan on going on the rides which is pretty much the only reason for going ;]. It does have a couple "Kiddie Pools" and is a great park for a water-oriented family fun experience! Click Here for more information on Dining, Special Offers, Attractions, and more on the park...

If you want a funfilling family or couple adventure this is the place to go.You will love Historic Williamsburg its so beautiful, and then theres the amusment parks.Busch gardens is totally the place to go if your into all the dangers and thrills of rollercoasters. But if your more of a water person than Water country USA is totally the place for you.Now if your looking for an exspensive but very good resteraunts go to historic williamsburg and there are different taverns my opinion you should eat at shields taveren excellent food. .But now if your looking for a nice hotel check yourself into the Great Wolf Lodge,if your looking for some place where you dont even have to leave your hotel, this is the place for you they have a build-a-bear sort of thing, they have a indoor/outdoor waterpark its huge, its own little resteraunt its very nice.              -Hannah:)

Williamsburg is a cosy small town where you can have fun and also learn something about american history, like the civil war. A good and cheap hotel to stay is the super 8 motel at Richmond rd in front of Williamsburg Shopping Center and beside Wallgreen. It is well located, not so far from the historical center (Colonial Williamsburg) and near to supermarket, restaurants, etc. You can take a bus right on Richmond rd to Prime outlet or to anywhere else. Some blocks walking from super 8 heading to colonial Williamsburg, you'll find some pubs like green leaf, which is a nice place to enjoy nightlife.
