Travel Tips from people who've been to Jackson
If you visit Yellowstone National Park or The Grand Tetons, you must stop in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It's a great little tourist town with lots of shops and the best sushi joint I've been to so far (and that's saying something, since WY is a land locked state). Keep your eyes peeled, I came within 5 minutes of seeing Harrison Ford once, who has a home near Jackson.
The best time to go is around late very late spring and early summer, because the temperature is very nice and you can see the flowers blossom!
Also, bring warm clothing, because you never know who how cold it could get. Even in early August, it got cold that you need to had pants and sweeters!
Jackson is an amazing little town located in the Jackson Hole valley of Teton County. It is well worth one day of your time since is host to a number of world-class arts organizations, including the National Museum of Wildlife Art or the Center for the Arts.
