Ching Sing is a really great Chinese restaurant.  The appearance is nothing special, but the food is great and cheap.  My favorite is the squid in chili sauce.

Make sure you know before you go: the summer months are extremely hot so be prepared to head out early to see the sights or start late, like around 5pm!

To the left of the entrance of the fish market (one of the largest in the Red Sea) there is a small cheapest-of-the-cheap restaurant that serves great grilled fish that is so fresh that it is basically still alive. If you don't find anything that suites your tastebuds, you can always check out the numerous fishermen who hang out around the market for crab, lobsters, sharks or barracuda, and take your stash to that same restaurant, where they'll cook it for you for a minimal fee.
