Great place to stay. Right in the middle of dowtown Oranjestad. Very safe area, walked around at night no problems. The private island is a plus. We stayed at the Marina area but actually like the family area pools better (across the street same resort though).
HINT-If you want to eat a great breakfast buffet go to the Aquarius at the hotel. But go to the front desk and pay for the buffet a day early its only 15.00 a person.
The buffet was at least as good as anything Ive seen on a cruise ship.
Plus there is a grocery behind the hotel across the street.
Save some money because the shops here are pricey.
But hey you get what you pay for.
Staff here was the best Ive seen around the world.
Aruba is a very friendly nice place for a vacation.
