The best time to go to India is November. Not too hot, not too humid. Stopped here for dinner on our way back to Delhi. We were later than we expected and arrived after night fall. Absolutely breathtaking. It's a 15th century fort/palace that was converted into a hotel. You walk in through these massive doors with spikes on them. Good food, good company, it was quite literally one of those "perfect" nights. I cannot wait to go back.
