About Bristol Hotel - Mexico City
Plaza Necaxa 17 Col. Cuauhtemoc
Mexico City, Mexico 06500
-555533 6060
This family friendly city hotel comprises 140 guest rooms, a terrace, air conditioning, an entrance with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access, a bar and the restaurant ""Ro 17"". Further facilities on offer include public Internet access, a WLAN access point and laundry and room services. Complimentary parking is available for those arriving by car. Built in time for Mexico to host the 1970 World Cup (and some affable bellhops have been labouring here since that event), the Bristol stands in the pleasant but central Cuauhtmoc neighbourhood. It is primarily a business hotel, and guests should expect to rub shoulders with an array of lower-echelon salarymen from throughout the Republic. They'll be checking their email in the small business centre, flipping through the newspaper in the lobby lounge or having lunch with clients at the above-average Restaurant Ro Diecisiete. The hotel's 'L' shape means you'll either be gazing back at the Man Contemplating Infinity or looking westward at the low-rise blocks of Colonia Cuauhtmoc. In either case, rooms get plenty of light, as the building lacks the typical shaft-facing units. Otherwise, they are utterly typical business-class digs but more than comfortable with quality carpet, good beds and a soothing colour scheme.
