A beautiful resort. I stayed here my second time in Cozumel and was very impressed. The staff was wonderful. The food was excellent. The beach was clean and wonderful for swimming and snorkeling. This is a smaller resort, so we never had a problem getting a lounger or snorkeling gear.
Try to get a room off the ground floor if possible! This is in the middle of an eco park, so they do not spray, etc. Which I think is wonderful. What I did not think was wonderful was discovering a scorpion in our room one morning after getting out of bed. We trapped the little guy under the ice bucket and the front desk took care of it for us. That evening when we returned to our room the maid had arranged the towels into a scorpion on our bed. Very funny. :) Also watch where you're walking in the evening. There were tarantulas along the pathways, they are very fragile so if you step on one you would most likely kill it.
Go on the "snuba" diving catamaran tour if you can! This was a total blast. There are some very beautiful reefs out there and to be able to really get under there without all the scuba gear was amazing. The guys on the boat were so nice, and got us completely drunk with this amazing pink tequila on the sunset ride home.
