Grandview is 450 metres or about 1/4 of a mile from the main Post Office and the Casino and about 1 km or 2/3 of a mile from the railway station and bus depot.

The main street in Dunedin is Princes St. and the Casino is on the corner of Princes Street & High Street. We are 450 metres up from the Casino on the corner of High & Grant Sts.
