My favourite hotel in New Zealand. The views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains are unreal. Quad share rooms have bunk beds, nice heat lamp in the bathroom. Tiny shower. No elevators, a bit of a pain of if you have a lot of luggage. Gorgeous bar/restaurant with pool table and patio, amazing view from floor-to-ceiling windows. Best pizza in NZ! Shuttle to CBD available every hour. My favourite hang out was the hot tub and sauna room, I spent almost four hours there one day. Open doors for fresh air and it's almost as nice as sitting in the middle of the NZ wilderness in a hot tub! It doesn't get much better than that.
