Arena Caliente is a great budget hostel. The local surfers are chilling over here, you get your own room, share the kitchen, toilet and shower! Every day opportunity to go to a beach close to san juan with the van! You pay around 6 dollars a night, they have a lot of films you can watch, can play x-box, darts and pingpong! Ask the local people who are chilling here if they want to joine you in the evening to go to Iguana bar! A nice bar, one of the most popular bars(well one of the bars)in San Juan, nice people, good food, nice drinks! A great vibe and the people are always in for a little chat, here you will see a nice mix of local people and backpackers! The best place to go in the evening, but be carefull with the rum!!!
